Nobody wants to be overweight. It is not only for the sake of having a good looking or being beautiful. It is because of some diseases that we can suffer such as heart attack, cholesterol problems, and many other serious diseases. Thus, most of us who get overweight problem have to win the weight loss challenge in order to have a healthier and happier life.

Basically, there are two big factors that can lead to the weight loss challenge winning. First, we have to be able to do the internal factors so that we can win the challenge. It is related to the things that we put into our body. We have to start eating only the best and the healthiest foods. Change all of the unhealthy fats derived from meats by consuming a lot of vegetables and fruits. Researches show that we can get enough nutrients by consuming these two foods. Also, we have to stop drinking alcoholic drinks. The best drink to consume every day is water. It is widely known that drinking much water can help us lose weight fast. We are suggested to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It means that when we drink more than just 8 glasses of water every day, we will get more chance to lose weight faster. Even, we will get positive benefits for our health because water can sweep away dangerous and toxic substances from our body.

The second factor to do is related to our external factor. It means that we have to do external efforts in order to win the weight losschallenge. The most popular way to do is by doing regular exercises. It is understandable that people who have problems with their weightusually have lack of time spending for physical activities. Thus, it is important to start doing some physical exercises regularly. Remember that the key concept is being regular. It means that we do not need to force ourselves with heavy exercises.
