Why am I not losing weight?




Why we can’t lose our bodies west? There are many factors that cause why we fail or do not succeed in losing weight. It is better if we first learn why we can’t lose weight.

The first factor, because we do not realize and never count the number calories of each food we eat. All we know is, we love, and then we eat! Without us consider the impact on the body later.

The second factor, everybody has the absorption of food that is different, no one can absorb food properly, and is able to distribute it well, and there is also some poor body in the absorption of the food he eats. Should we recognize our bodies first, before we make some diet we may not need.

The third factor, is the environment around us, as a family, it may be that there is a diet that is not good, it will also affect us why we fail at weight loss, for example, the environment and probably ourselves too often consume junk food and also cola.

The fourth factor is, we belong to the sweet lover, there is some sugar that is not good for the body, and that which will make us also become fat, sugars such as fructose.

The fifth factor is the habit we are love snacks, it also will make it hard to control your weight. Due to the snacks we eat so often.

The sixth factor, is a genetic factor, which we are all big family, not because the food factor alone, but also the factor of chemical systems of the body, which makes him always store fat.

And there are many more factors that we can learn why we find it difficult to lose weight. But clearly, if we have a strong intention, then rest assured and carried it with good intentions and high discipline. Thus, the weight loss process we will succeed.
